Projects and photos are local
ReFrame keeps current project metadata and captured photos in its private app storage. The app has no ReFrame account or ZenovaApps cloud-sync service. Android backup may copy eligible project data according to your device, account, and provider settings.
Restore a purchase
Open the ReFrame paywall and choose Restore purchases while signed into the Google Play account that owns the subscription or Lifetime product. Keep the device online and allow Play to finish its catalog and ownership checks. A local install outside an eligible Play test or release track may not return production product details.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Subscription management is handled by Google Play. Deleting ReFrame does not cancel a plan. Use Google Play subscription controls to manage, change, pause, or cancel an eligible plan.
Request a refund
Google Play controls refund eligibility and processing. Review the current Google Play refund policy . Do not email card details or passwords to ZenovaApps.
Delete local data
Delete a project from ReFrame to remove that project's private photos and matching private ReFrame export copies when deletion succeeds. ReFrame currently has no one-tap “delete all” action. To remove current app-private data, clear ReFrame storage in Android Settings or uninstall the app. Videos saved elsewhere, copies sent to other apps, Google records, and Android backup snapshots are controlled separately.
Advertising and privacy choices
Where required, ReFrame shows a Google consent flow and exposes privacy options from Settings. A consent refusal or an ad that does not fill should not block the ordinary capture, compare, and export path. Active Pro and Lifetime users do not receive ReFrame ad placements, although consent and Google service initialization can still occur.
Camera alignment and exports
Alignment is an on-device visual estimate, not a promise of pixel-perfect framing. Use stable lighting, match the previous distance and device orientation, and align major edges before capture. 4K export depends on device codec support; other devices can still use 1080p export.
