1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and ZenovaApps for ReFrame — Same Shot Stories. By downloading or using ReFrame, you agree to these terms and the ReFrame Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be legally able to accept these terms in your location. A parent or guardian must supervise use where local law requires it.
2. What ReFrame provides
ReFrame is a local-first camera and media utility that helps you repeat a camera frame, organize progress photos, compare images, and create transformation videos. Availability and output quality can depend on your device, Android version, camera, storage, codec support, Google Play eligibility, and third-party services.
3. Your photos, videos, and responsibilities
You keep your rights in content you create or import into the ReFrame workflow. You grant ReFrame only the device-level access needed to process, store, save, or share content at your direction. You are responsible for having permission to photograph people, property, artwork, documents, or locations and for complying with privacy, intellectual-property, and other applicable laws.
Do not use ReFrame for harassment, stalking, unlawful surveillance, impersonation, exploitation, or illegal content.
4. Free and Pro features
Free and Pro capabilities are described in the app and may be updated as ReFrame evolves. The current Pro experience can include no ReFrame ad placements while Pro is active, unlimited local projects and frames, supported-device 4K export, multi-frame timeline video, custom frame timing, and removal of the ReFrame end card. Features that depend on device codecs or Google services are not guaranteed on every device or account.
An optional rewarded ad may remove the ReFrame end card from one successful Free export. Watching a rewarded ad does not create a subscription or Lifetime entitlement.
5. Monthly and yearly subscriptions
ReFrame Pro monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions sold through Google Play. Google Play shows the current price, currency, billing period, tax treatment, eligibility, and any offer before purchase. The app does not substitute a manually typed price for the price returned by Play.
Unless you cancel through Google Play before renewal, an active subscription can renew and Google Play can charge the payment method associated with your account. You can manage, pause, change, or cancel eligible subscriptions in Google Play. Deleting ReFrame does not cancel a subscription.
6. Lifetime access
ReFrame Pro Lifetime is intended as a one-time, non-consumable Google Play product for continued access to the Pro features available to Lifetime owners in the ReFrame app. “Lifetime” refers to the supported life of the ReFrame product and service—not the lifetime of a person, device, operating system, or third-party platform. It does not guarantee that every present feature, external service, device, or format will remain unchanged forever.
7. Purchases, restoration, changes, and refunds
Google Play processes purchases and controls payment records, regional availability, taxes, purchase eligibility, cancellation, and refund decisions. ReFrame can query Play to restore eligible ownership when you use the same entitled Google Play account. Network, account, device, or Play service issues can delay catalog or entitlement refresh.
Refund eligibility follows Google Play refund policies and applicable law. ZenovaApps cannot promise approval of a refund controlled by Google Play.
8. Advertising and third-party services
The Free experience may include Google-served advertising and a consent flow. ReFrame also depends on Android platform components and Google Play Billing. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy practices. ZenovaApps is not responsible for a third-party app or service you select through Android's share chooser.
9. Availability, warranties, and liability
ReFrame is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Alignment scores are guidance, not a guarantee of an identical frame. Generated media can vary by device and source content. Always keep independent copies of important material; ReFrame is not an archival or disaster-recovery service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenovaApps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-data damages arising from your use of ReFrame, external storage, backup providers, Google services, or receiving share apps. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes, suspension, and contact
We may update ReFrame and these terms to improve the app, address security or legal requirements, or reflect changed platform services. Material changes will use a new effective date and an appropriate app or store notice. We may limit abusive or unlawful use where technically and legally appropriate.
